[Note] This particular registration only applies to groups with more than 10 delegates from the same school. Please note that this does not affect your committee/country designations.

 

Please make sure to fill in every fields available in the form. Also, the application form is in a unique format (a fillable PDF document) designed for a specific purpose. Therefore, please make special attention not to make any modifications to the file. If you can’t open the document, please visit adobe reader to download the file viewer. 3) Pay Registration Fees (참가비 납부)

 

 

Registration fees are as listed below. 참가비는 아래와 같습니다.

Group (단체): 2015년 11월 01월 – 2015년 12월 20일 (250,000원)

 

After Submitting the application form, please transfer the registration fee to the bank account noted below. Please make sure to mention the participant’s name when transferring the payment.

 

신청서 접수 완료 후, 참가비를 아래에 명시된 Yonsei Model United Nations 2016 계좌로 입금 바랍니다. 또한, 입금 하실 때 혼돈을 피하기 위해 참가자 이름을 명시해 주시길 바랍니다.

4) Confirm Registration (신청 확인 및 납부 확인)

 

 

We will contact participants confirming the payment (via text message and/or email) as soon as possible. However, please be patient as the confirmation process may take a couple of days to process.

 

저희는 입금 완료된 참가자들의 확인을 최대한 빠른 시일 내에 문자나 이메일을 통해 확인 할 예정입니다. 그러나, 입금일로부터 확인이 완료될 때까지 며칠 걸릴 수 있다는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

 

 

5) Registration Complete (신청 완료)

대회 참가 신청이 완료 되었습니다! 신청 기간이 완료된 후, 위원회 배정 및 주요 공지들에 대해 이메일을 할 예정이니 기다려 주시길 바랍니다. 또한, 저희 공식 홈페이지 www.yonseimun.org에서도 있을 업데이트를 자주 확인해 주시길 바랍니다.

 

 

 

Refund Policy

1.   Half Refund

 

Cancelation of your registration before midnight on November 30th, 2015 will allow you to receive a half refund of your registration fee.

 

2.   No Refund

 

Cancelation of your registration after midnight on December 1st, 2015 will NOT allow you to receive a refund of your registration fee.

 

3.   How to Apply for a Refund

 

Download an application for a refund under the website tab ‘YMUN 2016 Downloads’ and fill it out with your (name, bank account number, reason behind refund) by hand. Scan the completed application and sending it to ymun2016@gmail.com finalizes your application. The refunded fees will be sent to your bank account by January of 2016, so be aware of this.

 

 

환불규정

1. 반액환불

 

2015년 11월 30일 23시 59분까지 지원을 취소하시는 경우 납부하신 참가비의 반액이 환불됩니다.

 

2. 환불불가

 

2015년 12월 1일 0시 00분 이후에 지원을 취소하시는 경우 참가비 환불이 불가하오니, 이점 유의하여 지원해주시기 바랍니다.

 

3. 환불신청

 

(본인 이름, 은행 계좌번호, 환불 사유)의 내용이 담긴 환불 신청서를 YMUN 2016 Downloads에서 다운받아 내용이 담긴 환불 신청서를 자필로 작성하여 스캔 한 후 ymun2016@gmail.com 로 보내주시면 환불신청이 완료 됩니다. 환불금액은 1월중으로 해당계좌로 입금해 드릴 예정이오니 이 점 유의하여 지원해주시기 바랍니다.
